A Savage Monster That Preys On Children

None are as savage as those that harm children, and in this arena America has shown persistent willingness to outrival all others.

What is dealt by America to children is not limited to the savagery of infanticide or the terror dealt by a paedophile, but an American monstrosity which ensures that the child’s torment continues for longer than the seconds or minutes in which a child is killed or the minutes or hours in which a child is raped; this last for every second minute, hour, day, month year of a child’s life.

Almost 67 years after America dropped nuclear weapons on Hiroshima and Nagasaki, Japanese infant in those areas have a birth deformity rate of 1-2%.
But the Iraqi city of Fallujah has a birth deformity rate of 14.7%, that’s 1 out of every 6-7 births, so it’s not a wonder that young women are opting not to get pregnant.. There are other cities too, but it takes the lead.

America has found a way to make its nuclear industry more productive, by gathering it’s nuclear waste and turning it into extremely effective ammunition known by its oxymoron of “DU” Depleted Uranium Projectiles which I explained in my first blog.  

USA, as far as I know is one of 17 nations including Australia which posses DU projectiles, and Israel may have been the 1^st in about 1975. UK has them also, and they have been used in Afghanistan and by NATO in Bosnia as well.
I don’t know that we Australians are guilty of having used them, but we do export uranium and are complicit as part of the Axis of the Willing in what has been done to these people and their children so we aren’t off the hook either.

I wish I were a bit of a wordsmith to stir some concern in others, but as the facts alone aren’t evidently enough to cause a significant and effective  socio-political uprising among the citizenry of the Axis of the Willing then I guess our hearts are just too damn cold.
If you aren’t ashamed of your nation yet, I hope you one day have the opportunity to explain why to your maker.

Ignorance Is Bliss: The Hatred of Wisdom

I see morons all around me, walking on the streets, driving cars, the radio and tv; morons whose heads evidently hurt when subjected to information.
Which is why I've been trying to keep my bloggs shorter.

The American Psychological Association has recently published some new research and evidently they’ve only just picked up on some cues which the dismissively named ‘conspiracy theorists” have known all along to be more than theory when they brand most of the population as “sheeple” who’s unspoken life motto is “ignorance is bliss”.

“The less people know about important complex issues……  the more they want to avoid becoming well-informed”

Naturally; being an American body the complex issues they cite don’t include geopolitical power struggles.  We’d [some of us] hope that people perhaps take some interest where the issue of war and killing children or even adults is concerned.
Don’t get your hopes up; don’t be the foolish optimist.

When people have been raised to think that “philosophy”  is exclusively the domain of just a few that choose it as a university topic, it’s not a wonder that “wisdom” is so removed from the sheeple.
It’s not a wonder that people can be and are lead to the slaughter or lead to slaughter others.

The average sheeple/morons that haven’t looked outside the shadows on the cave wall; actually seek out reasons to reinforce their reliance on the master.
The ignorant, seek reinforcement of their ignorance.

Perhaps these learned psychologists will over the next ten years do another study to show that sheeple  actually become defensively indignant when offered information which conflicts with their ignorant views; something which I and any “conspiracy theorist” know, and Plato described over two thousand years ago in his allegory of the cave.

Like a Thief In The Night: USA Military At Home With Night Raid Equipment

Congratulations Americans; Barack Obama has signed in the [NDAA] "National Defense Authorization Act ” H.R. 1540  in Hawaii on the 31st of December.

Even though he said that he has
"serious reservations with certain provisions that regulate the detention, interrogation, and prosecution of suspected terrorists.”

he did seek to assure

“Moreover, I want to clarify that my Administration will not authorize the indefinite military detention without trial of American citizens. Indeed, I believe that doing so would break with our most important traditions and values as a Nation. My Administration will interpret section 1021 in a manner that ensures that any detention it authorizes complies with the Constitution, the laws of war, and all other applicable law.” 

But then again: he did sign it in; so perhaps it's you that should have  "serious reservations".

If that doesn't stir your curiosity, perhaps what I just read at theintelhub.com will. 

"According to reports from the Daily Kos and Russia Today, a company specializing in night raid equipment was awarded a 23 million dollar contract from the Department of Defense and subsequently went on to lobby for the NDAA which has given the government the power to indefinitely detain American citizens.

Surefire LLC openly lobbed for the House version of the NDAA, a bill many have claimed has effectively ended the Bill of Rights, months after receiving the 23 million dollar contact from the DOD.

Why would this company be receiving a contract which could outfit at least 30,000 troops with new and updated night raid equipment when the U.S. is supposedly pulling troops out of Iraq and, to a smaller extent, Afghanistan?"

 So your troops are coming home, and with up to 30,000 sets of brand new night raid facilitating equipments.
Obviously someone thinks they’re going to need them.

Now keep in mind that it was reported by The Washington Post Dec 2008 [that as a minimum]

“The U.S. military expects to have 20,000 uniformed troops inside the United States by 2011 trained to help state and local officials respond to a nuclear terrorist attack or other domestic catastrophe, according to Pentagon officials.”

Australian Immigration News: Australia To Recruit Foreign Troops

Well here's the long and short of it.

 "The Australian Defence Force (ADF) is looking to recruit foreign personnel from New Zealand, Canada, the United States and Britain.

The ADF hopes to attract overseas soldiers, sailors and air crew as well as specialists, such as special force officers, fighter pilots and submarine warfare officers with the sweetener of a fast-tracked path to Australian citizenship."

Having [arguably] proven them selves as willing to put their lives on the line for one nation and having further proven themselves as reliable in that nations service by earning themselves a promotion..... Australia will now accept them as reliably worthy of representing Australia's interests above all others and even place them in positions of higher rank with all the trust in secrets and strategy which it entails.

Obviously a political move by those among whose ranks we know there are many who's loyalties are tainted already.
What military would accept en masse troops and officers from other armies to place in positions of trust?
And not just in positions of trust, but in positions to guide us in areas which we perceive inadequacies; men who are apparently ready and willing to switch loyalties.

We have already filled our police ranks en masse with Brits and now we do the same with our military ensuring a strengthening of our bonds and Anglo-American mindset to the denial of our independence and Australian line of thinking. 

Consistent with our colonial heritage, we don't look toward home grown individuals to fill our ranks of those in leadership and power, but we accept and embrace authority from abroad.

Richard Flanagan On The Decline Of Love And Freedom In Australia

I ask of you [particularly Australians], to please, listen to this oration by Australian writer Richard Flanagan at the 2011 Melbourne Writers Festival

IMO a deeply concerned compassionate blunt and moving speech centred around Australian media and political thought and actions and their betrayal and moulding of the decline in Love for others in Australia.

My appreciation of this speech is echoed in the +ve 35/37 comments on the following ABC link.
The 2 -ve comments both included criticism of a human for sentimentality.
